Very flexible – can arrange the system as you like. Not designed as a GTD tool, more of a reference tool. Allows sharing and comments among team members and outside people. I have used this for shared projects and grocery lists. These eight tools are productivity applications I’ve tested for at least one project to help me become more organized. Smartphones and tablets, when used correctly, can give you the ability to stay productive and organized anywhere. However, technology can be a tremendous way to improve your productivity.
